Shut up and taste it! As a Michelin starred restaurant, size of each dishes was fairly enough, even, compare with other Michelins, quite big I can say. LoL. In Gordon Ramsay, you might just get 2 frog legs in one dish lol, but here you might have 5more. 
Anyway , food was tasty. Purple shrimp was really good, and the sweet garden dessert.
They used lots of peas, we've noticed, kind of fun. Raw tartare of veal was good, my boyfriend loved it, and his confit pigeon legs and breast. I've had asparagus, it was fairly good. Mozzarella was great. Pre starter was really tasty, fried olive, crispy pepper and cheese ham with whole meal bread. The owner walk around the dining room, told us the bread was absolutely made by himself, naturely, fresh, without any yeast and additive. Absolute Organic I can say.

Soufflé with ice cream, it was Omg delicious.

OVERALL, 321EURO, WITH 3GLASS OF WINE AND 2 CLASS OF SPARKING ALCHOL. PRE STARTER AND BIRTHDAY SURPRISE. LOVE THIS PLACE.

残念,没有找到TOP10的那家店,不过这家墨鱼面也很赞哟 WHAT A FIND!!!!!

Food was wonderful! Fresh, sweet, and not grassy at all, flavour was so clear and last. We've ordered Spaghetti slle seppie. So lovely ! Heavenly delicious. Fried mixed fish was freshly sweet and crispy, springkle with lemon juice, yum. Carpaccio was also excellent. Quiet place, cozy decoration, feel relax after all. 

It was a quiet place away from the main road. everything was so peaceful and relax there. Staff was so friendly and well to help.
Service was speedy and smoothy. Felt comfortable and relex.
it was top 30 or top 40 on tripadvisor. Spaghetti slle seppie was a must try.
  overall , 62euro with happy mood!! it is really cheap, as it is in venice.

我们跟着TRIPADVISOR的OFFLINE GUIDE找这家餐店。
We didn't make a reservation ahead. But we were so lucky that night. We went there around seven, have been told that they are fully booked. Suddenly, manager came out and told us just now one table had been cancelled ! LoL

Service was brilliant!

Starter, we both ordered something like sashimi, Venice style. it was sooooo good!!!!! Several raw fish, topped with different fruit, cheese, and spices. Salmon with mozzarella was my fav. Swordfish was sooooo naturely sweet and chewy, love it. Sea bass with strawberry, spark.

For First, we had cuttlefish spaghetti, seppi? Anyway, creative, and lovely tasty. Worthy

Secondi, was turbot fish, baked with potato , tomatoes and olives. Springkle with olive oil. Omg!!!!!!! Potato slices were so delicious! Marvellous!!!!!!! Eventhough, lots of oil in this dish, not grassy at all. Addicted addicted! 

Lots of ppl there ordered sea salt baked fish, looks fun.

Dessert, we shared carrot and ginger sorbet. Yumyum, the flavour of ginger was so fit. Three Table spoon sized sorbet scoop set on chocolate cake bed. Really lovely design.

FILMED IN THEIR FAMOUS ROOM
 it was accidently happened to us, we was planing our trip to venice, and searching for restaurant. suddently, i msged my boyfriend, i'd like to stay in a hotel for just one night this time. he replied, lol that was what im planing for, and pretend to hide from you, he laughed.    and then, we started searching for hotels. on bookings.com. 
i told him, choose some that scored above 8, and with resonable price. 
not too many choices there for us. most of them, priced around 200euro, but the room seems too small and narrow. we've looked hilton and other chained hotels, either high priced or bed location. suddently, this one poped into my eyes. 
rooms look gorgeours. quite luxury and vintage, with average price. and good location, close to san marco and michelin restaurant, and not so far from train station.

it is a B&B, with only 6 rooms available. but, it has a plus building, behind its main building, cheaper price, but i think, it was for servant. so , be careful when you're making a reservation. Well. googled it, it is belongs to some royal guy, and has been filmed and photoed in some MV and Louis Vuitton AD.

well, our room was classic double room. in the main building, so lucky, i can say.
the dining place was not as big as I expected. But, good sunshine and decoration.
livingroom, or , youcan say, common place, was brilliant. with a great view of venice,and gallery building. wonderful. 

bed was ok, queen size? bathroom facility was fairly good, etro body lotion and shower gel, not bad, hum. 
that night, not quite a quiet night. oops, there was a private party , last till mid night=-= step on the roof. lol 

half way sleep, you can hear the sounds of water outside the window, really romantic. lol and feel fresh.

It was just 'errrr, all right'.
service was excellent, anyway. Breakfast served till noon. with only one type of ham, baguette, 4 or 5 types of spread and jam, several cereals and yoghurt. mixed fruit salad. fresh coffee and omelete. nothing special, but great sunshine.

you can leave your luggage at reception, which is brilliant.


next time, we will definitly book a better room with higher price... 
classic double room was too plain for me, really, not luxury at all. not really satisfied.

羅馬的早餐

小弟同太太第一次去歐洲玩, 第一站是意大利的羅馬, 雖然一句意大利文都唔識, 但無阻去增廣見聞的決心 (是關小弟都唔細, 依家唔玩都唔知幾時有得玩!)

OK, 酒店Check-In完後, 立即跑去羅馬最繁忙的鐵路站-Roma Termini 揾野食先. 見到一間叫VyTa Boulangeria Italiana (link) 的輕食餐館 (主要serve sandwiches, panini, pizza 同 coffee), 見入面有唔少人, 唔想太多就衝入去試下.  

我點左個Otranto (Buffalo's mozzarella DOP, turkey, dried tomatoes and olive oil) , 太太點左個Milano (Turkey, rocket salad, mozzarella and olive oil). 兩個panini都好好味, 好新鮮, 充滿olive oil味. 但係個麵包就硬左D, 有少少食唔慣, 不過好重麥味, 好香, 意大利的麵包就是這樣, 入鄉隨族啦!

食完個panini後, 當然要叫杯咖啡“品味”一下, 所以我就order左杯Mocha, 諗住杯Mocha會好似香港"星巴X"果種, 點知原來係杯Espresso. 我當時先醒起意大利是沒有Mocha, Mocha是美國的. 所以當我order Mocha 時, 果意大利 counter 姐姐就意謂我想要杯用Moka Pot沖的Espresso. 不過錯有錯著, 杯Espresso真的很香濃 很滑, 飲完後有種甜味留在口裏, 你們看到杯Espresso的掛杯現象就知杯咖啡非比尋常!

Ok! 食完立即出發去鬥獸場!

第九天 : 林芝 - 拉薩 (住宿) ~ 下半天遊 


第9天下半天,繼續由38國道回拉薩,途經第1次經過雅江中游河谷,是下午的時間,在陽光充沛之下,還是這樣吸引,所以拍下不少相片。返回拉薩後,晚上便去了食晚飯,再前往超巿購買些食糧用於珠峰行程之用,然後便回房內好好休息,等待明天向另一期待之地區進發。

到雅江中游河谷了。記得第一次來到時,真的被她所給吸着,今天來的時間是下午,太陽在猛烈之下感覺上午前來吸引多一點。

小小花園是我上海的一個死黨在我沒來香港那會就嚷嚷著要去的咖啡店,那陣子“花園系列”應該還沒發展起來,不料僅僅過了一年半,這次回到上海特地約上朋友一探究竟,盡在網路上發現已儼然發展處“花園系列”咖啡館,更是遍佈上海各大知名“隱蔽”+“小資”區域,基本都具有大棵梧桐樹,非主幹道小徑以及市中心等幾大特點!
不知是自己想來好運還是衰運,回上海短短一個月不到,經歷兩場大雪,這便是第一場,連著兩日去了“花園系列”總店,即小小花園,第二日又去了近長樂路的小花咖啡館,兩日均是大雪瀰漫紛飛,讓人濕了“褲子”也濕了“襪子”啊~~~
廢話少說,進入正題!

入門處的玄關處以透明玻璃隔開街道與室內,轉角處似乎雜亂一般堆著不少田園風的裝飾品,樸素、懷舊、歐風、田園是一下子迸入腦袋的形容詞。總店的生意真不是瞎說的,即使外面大雪紛飛佐整日,溫度降到零度之下,玄關處照樣有不少等位人士(包括我),稍感無聊的我東張西望,接著東摸摸西蹭蹭的機會讓自己全身回暖,卻不料一個轉身被這猶豫的傢伙嚇到0-0 小傢伙貓仔門後的角落里,兩眼不知該形容成呆滯好呢還是憂鬱。。。翻卷的兩隻耳朵露出白色的絨毛,略略收著下巴的樣子看著也讓人心生憐意~
(但事實上這是只很能做戲的喵!看下文)

一直好奇為何取名為“小小花園”又為何,幾年之間“花園系列”咖啡館能迅速在上海灘站穩腳跟并神速擴張,繞過紅磨坊迷亂風格的內堂踩下幾節樓梯才讓我恍然大悟,原來真的有個小小花園!
以石庫門得天獨厚的天井位改造成好似玻璃花房的室內花園,屋頂用上透明玻璃,如此便能然室外的自然光線透進來,花園之名從此而來;全屋可謂是仿古歐風飾物的集中營,從天花板的仿古銅質吊扇,煤油汽燈,條條斑駁老舊的白色木墻,刻意掛的有些外泄的油畫以陳舊的木質畫框“圍”著;橄欖枝、麥穗圈、翻舊發黃的小說讀本,連上海阿姨舊時買菜用的藤條籃子都用上了,這正面裝飾墻看似淩亂,卻也很夾整個環境;既然稱為花園,花草樹木必不可少!角落里放著不少盆栽,頗有要將室外“行道樹”搬進屋的樣子,轉眼,還真被我發現一顆頗有樹齡的老樹,粗壯的樹幹,稍有些外泄的“身子”,她竟然就這麼長在屋內,樹冠則是穿出了屋頂露在外面,相比是當初店家改造時故意留下的吧?

有真綠意還不夠盡興,店家也頗有新意的少數幾張一人或二人圓桌鋪上綠意融融的絨布桌布,看上去還真似草坪一般!
環境可以說是無可挑剔,但吃吃喝喝的就有些欠缺,這個好像是上海咖啡館或是西餐廳的通病,也許是人才不濟的關係吧?點上一杯熱朱古力暖身,用上淡色陶瓷杯,粗糙中盡顯樸質,大大杯的上層鋪著熱朱古力泡沫,中間一朵漂浮的淡忌廉,樣子不俗;飲一口熱度恰好,朱古力也濃郁香口,口感略帶慕斯感,絲滑非常,用來暖身在適合不過,但朱古力只是平常出品,平不能以純朱古力的用料角度來考究與評價。友人點了一杯簡單的拿鐵,店家貼心配上一小塊曲奇與一根木條棒,環保意識讓人會心一笑。

聊著聊著,覺得身後有什麽在動,原來是先前那隻“blue kitty”,這會邪惡本質盡顯,大老遠的從書架那頭匍匐移動到書架這頭,為的就是小小花園中除花草樹木外的另一大特色,一個立式的巨大鳥籠!鳥籠裡的一對相思鳥早就覺察到這對透著殺氣的貓眼,在籠里上下飛竄,一陣不安寧;kitty 則是一步一進,直至來到書架邊緣,再次放低身子幾乎貼在書架上,尾巴因其興奮的狀態不停打圈,終於一個前撲,兩抓探到鳥籠上,引起雀鳥一陣嘰嘰喳喳;相比這樣的場景每天都會發生數次吧?好在有鳥籠的鐵網,雖是限制了鳥兒的自由,卻也保護了它們。

回上海,就是吃吃喝喝,約一班老友出來“花天酒地”,又或是貓在家裡享受爸媽的頂級廚藝!人生太美好~

上海市徐家匯音樂學院圈,向來就不是個平凡地,租界、領館、音樂學子徘徊之處,這些元素聚集在一起便有了神秘又讓人欲罷不能的摩登風情。這一區最多的要屬bar & cafe,若是有心人也能繞進弄堂,找到隱藏在改頭換面的石庫門老洋房中的西餐廳。Colabo 就屬於這樣一間,地處汾陽路,但其實是在三路交匯的地帶;餐廳與另一間以品酒為特色的餐廳共處一幢三四層樓高的舊時老洋房,若想要入餐廳,必要彎進社區小道,確實夠隱蔽!

餐廳位於弄堂底部,故得天獨厚的擁有一大塊泊車位,另外倚著洋房花窗的一邊也設計成占地不小的露天就餐區,若是天氣好,來吃個午餐或是Brunch 也是不錯!餐廳門口的設計幽深黑暗,餐廳內部閃爍的燭光以及印出來的血紅色沙發光影,透著紅磨坊般的魅惑。
踏著吱吱作響的木樓梯,旋轉上到二樓,推門入反倒是一片“光明”,以米白色仿磚石墻面為裝飾,餐廳佈置的寬敞明亮也簡單,細節之處,以一支玫瑰,一盞白色布藝檯燈,一杯蠟燭來點綴,充滿浪漫氣息;餐廳被分開兩個區域,靠外圍的均以4-6人散座為主,裏面則是供十多人聚餐的長桌,靠窗一邊則是歐式風情的露臺,只是夜色太暗,看不到什麽。
餐廳以意大利菜為主,但也同樣多元化的融合美式菜色,這晚並不太餓,便知是點來一份招牌花蟹意面以及一份appetizer platter 三人share (appetizer 食的太開心不記得留影了= =)
餐廳的服務有木有樣,很似酒店餐廳的范兒,領班侍應看得出是入行多年的,一舉一動優雅中帶著驕傲與自信。前菜拼盤,記得有橄欖、炒菌菇、火腿等,都是較為常見的,發揮亦有水準,特別喜歡炒蘑菇一類,油分不過多,卻炒的濕潤,口感很好。
花蟹意面,待前菜吃的七七八八了便被端上桌,一入眼便估摸著味道不會差,橘色的花蟹殼蓋在還在冒熱氣的意粉上,混這些蟹膏的意粉醬汁均勻潤色于每根意粉,揭開蟹蓋發現意粉的量也不算少;意粉煮的al dente 口感滑溜,帶有韌勁,中芯有保有略微的粉韌之感,每一根滾足醬汁,吃起來既不會淋淋的狼狽不堪又不敢口感難咽;以蟹膏及海鮮醬汁配成的意粉醬,看似稀薄實則恰好,吃起來不覺粘膩;醬汁好似以海水為底料一般,每一口都有種海水的“怪味”,卻不會覺得腥或澀,反倒是鮮甜有餘帶著濃濃的蟹膏香。

飽食后,三人亦有些不滿足,全因沒有甜品作為句號,於是便點來 dessert platter。一上桌就有股驚豔的震撼,大大碟絕對是要3+人數才可解決!融合了布朗尼、檸檬芝士撻、核桃提子軟雪糕、檸檬紅莓慕斯雪糕以及淡奶油,這個組合真是肥死人不償命!鮮果類雪糕球以及士多卑利果醬汁的搭配使得整份甜品不至於奶油感太重,口味上也達到酸甜的平衡,故食完只覺滿足不覺膩;布朗尼烘的外脆內鬆軟,綿綿潤潤;芝士檸檬撻酸的清新,芝士濃郁且潤滑,口感近似奶凍,底下的牛油撻也是酥鬆,但少了份牛油味;核桃提子軟雪糕實在是甜的讓人陶醉,入口即融,提子更是甜蜜中帶著微微朗姆的迷醉;兩球鮮果雪糕,清新的鮮果味帶來不少涼爽之意,是解去先前花蟹與海鮮腥味的最佳良品,充滿水分的口感好似固體版冰沙一樣,淅淅瀝瀝。
Colabo 的menu 定價在上海人的消費觀念上不算平,在香港人對西餐廳的衡量尺度上,倒是在恰好水平(忽略currency),就餐時段也有不少外籍人士以及香港遊客來幫襯,個人也覺得單一份意粉就看得出餐廳不差的水準,下次再回上海,也有抽時間再次造訪。

第1次在東京自由行

而選擇酒店..洗手間是我最重視的~

這次選了位於歌舞伎町內的 Villa Fontaine Shinjuku 

雖然在歌舞伎町 晚晚返酒店也會見到一班班男公關

但見你係遊客 也不會理你的 

交通尚算方便 有大江戸線 及 JR 在附近

由於搭凌晨機,到達酒店也只是10:00AM

可以先存放行李於酒店大堂 , 而酒店職員也十分友善

到下午再回去拎房

一進房間最令驚喜是浴室的部份!


到過日本既朋友 都知日本酒店的洗手間大部份也是塑膠製造 而且空間細小

可以在3星酒店 有如此大的沐浴空間 真是一大亮點

而床也是好好訓的 

下次再到日本東京 我都選它 :)

參觀西美朋(West Mebon),我覺得最難得是可以見識到當地人食蟲蟲!!!因為之前曾向導遊提及過,想去街市八掛一下,哪知道被他用種種理由拒絕,包括現在的小販已經好醒目呀,見到遊客唔俾睇唔俾影,又或是要俾錢至可以睇同影喎;只是意想不到,居然在西美朋都碰到蟲蟲檔,而且檔主十分友善,唔幫襯都任影唔嬲,實在令人相當興奮!!!

 

根據我的觀察,檔主總共售賣三大類蟲蟲;包括最巨型深啡色的水曱甴,另外便是體型較細呈藍黑色的水曱甴,此外還有類似蟋蟀的物體;聽說老闆是有自家的‘蟲場’,故即使今年的雨季遲來了,蟲蟲的產量仍是不受影響;所有蟲蟲已經烹調過可以即買即食,老闆更即場在我們面前表演‘真人騷’,隨手拿起一隻蟲蟲,就咬開兩截開懷大嚼起來,實在令我們看得目瞪口呆,‘花容失色’;不過其實都是我們大驚小怪啫,也許在不久的將來,食蟲蟲會成為世界糧食的大趨勢,因為他們不但蛋白質豐富,而且生長快捷有效率,最重要是絕不會有愛護動物的人,覺得它們可愛而去保護它們的‘權益’。

 

除蟲蟲檔之外,在西美朋還有一些較‘正常’的小攤檔,售賣生果,鴨蛋,以及一些地道的點心等等。

 

而在沙灘上,更有名符其實的‘Open Kitchen’,即場炮製柬式青木瓜豆角沙律;其實製成品的外觀都相當不錯,只是在調製的過程中,有大量的蒼蠅飛纏圍繞,聽導遊說,蒼蠅會在沙律中產卵,食完後會生蟲云云,所以是連他自己都不敢買來吃的;但我們居然見到有班泰國的遊客有勇氣去幫襯,也許大家同是東南亞地區人士,對烏蠅蛋已有充分的抵抗能力吧!

 

另外在公路旁,還有一大排的熟食檔;有售賣青綠色湯底的湯米粉,更有燒烤檔,擺放了燒田鼠,燒魚,和燒香葉包?等等,此外亦有一包包不知名的咸酸菜;只見當地人,一家大細都食得津津有味;不過根據導遊所講,這裡的人非常講求環保意識,亦絕對沒有‘賞味期限’這個概念,今天賣不完的食物,明天燒一燒煮一煮,話咁快又可以循環再賣了,十分厲害。
