到了就先去草莓文化館看一下, 裡面其實很...舊... xdddddddd

雖然是很舊啦, 但資訊也不少喔~
認識到草莓這水果以前是被人列作有毒的水果, 到後來才慢慢被人接納食用
還有就是文化館有很特色的小吃跟伴手禮
所以採草莓之前或之後都很值得來逛一下啦

逛完之後呢, 外面有些小吃攤
買了草莓+蜂蜜, 超甜的, 對這裡的品質立刻充滿了信心喔
草莓貢丸好特別的顏色, 吃下去其實跟普通的貢丸沒什麼分別, 只是多了一絲草莓味道而已

還有很多有特色的草莓伴手禮, 但我自己就沒有買啦
之後就到附近的草莓園採草莓嚕~!

去完文化館之後我們就去採草莓了~!
其實沒有計劃要到那一個採, 是想說附近的就好
如果沒有自己開車的到草莓文化館附近的草莓園採也不錯

好好玩喔~! 大人小朋友都玩得很開心喔
用剪刀很小心的剪下來, 超想立刻把草莓吃掉 (還沒洗的啦不能吃 xd

採了一箱, 350NT~ 回去急不及待洗來吃, 超甜的~!!!
不過可能是用水種的, 跟用泥土種的有些不同, 吃起來果肉比較軟, 也比較容易出水
但真的好好吃, 現在我好想念那些草莓喔
真的玩得很開心, 之後回台中市吃東西嚕~~~

 港澳兩地的桃花源小廚自米其林指南(香港澳門)2009首度發表，每年均被評為星級餐廳。米其林指南(香港澳門)2011，港澳兩店分別被評為二星餐廳 。是除法國名廚Joel Robuchon的餐廳外，唯一能在港澳兩地均能獲得二星或以上的獨立品牌餐廳。

其實，我對凍食的蕎麥麵麻麻，所以揀左配熱湯的蕎麥麵套餐，朋友就揀店內熱門推介的凍食蕎麥麵套餐。

蕎麥麵味道偏淡，清清地，午餐食都唔錯。朋友第一次食，都唔知點食最正宗，尤其有兩碗液體狀的湯料（一碗係冷麵湯汁，另一碗白色黐黐地的，Ｄ有似蛋白，但食落又唔多似！我試左一口都食唔出係乜東東！），佢見隔籬人客係咁撈，佢又照撈，又食得幾滋味！

食完，若意猶未盡，大家大可以在門口旁的位置，揀選蕎麥麵甚至當地土特產帶返屋企，送禮自用都咁正。

新加坡朋友跟我說，這架船以前是在Sentosa的，接著不見了幾年．
最近出現係Marina South Pier.

離遠看，已經比佢吸引住．

上到船，有兩層，底層叫Santa Fe, 室內的．　西餐為主．

上層叫Breaking Bread, 室外的, 很舒服.
Mon-thur 食a la carte為主, weekends就會係grill buffet. 
食物一般，不過加上環境吹著海風就互補不足呢～ !
 

Dempsey Hill 早期是潮界分子的聚腳地, 現在已經是旅遊熱點了!
這裡不單有餐廳, 酒吧, 還有Spa，傢俬鋪，古董店，畫廊!! 一個不錯的地方!!

Oosh! 這間餐廳分為9個主題. 有紅磚牆的酒吧;

經過小河流, 會看到人工瀑布和人工湖旁的露天晚餐區;

沿斜坡行上去,有露天Band Bar;

OK! 餐廳最深處,有一間小屋,是日式料理呀!

真的是久違了的大自然味道!!

Yes, lunch here because my friend's office is just located here.

Why not? It's nice place. I had prawn bisque, spaghetti in thai style, friend was having spaghetti with king prawns while the lobsters had been sold out..iced Thai style milk tea, it's kind of nice lunch in office area.

Bo and Lan are 2 Chefs from Nahm in London, inspired by Michelin-starred Chef, David Thompson. Suggested by another friend, going there with very high expectation.

We booked a table at 6:30pm, and arrived much earlier. It's a very hot day and when we arrived, they haven't ready yet, and have us seated outside to have drinks to cool down while waiting. Cocktails are quite nice, especially in such a hot weather after half an hour walking from hotel.

They have a mini store selling ingredients, from rice to oil, etc. and cooking classes as well, interesting.

After waiting for a while, air-cond is on and we were arranged to sit inside. Nothing luxury but friendly interior with some nice painting hanging on the wall. Waitress are very relax, not like other high-end restaurants, they are kind of casual, a big too casual for service.

Showing us a tasting menu and a la carte menu; as we were in a rush that my friend would have a conf call in 2 hours; we decided go straight to the tasting menu.

The appetizer is very special, it has rice spirit, something like Chinese white wine; followed by a fruit drink to clear the throat plus a fruit before starting the courses.

Many courses including soup, pork, fish, baby lobsters, king prawns, etc etc...5-6 items; all are Yummy! especially the pork and fish, the sauce was so good that I had a big plate of rice.

Dessert-3 courses...mango with sticky rice, coconut in ice, and a big plate of everything in there...we couldn't finished but really satisfied.

Small restaurant, kind of cozy feeling. Highly recommended for people who likes Thai food.

Have been here for several times, whenever I came Emporium for shopping. It's something like agnès b in HK; side business of a fashion brand and food quality is not bad at reason prices.

It's my afternoon tea after spa, having an iced lemon tea and pad Thai noodle. Very nice

Booked a week in advance by email, got the best view seating at the balcony with my friend; just 2 of us. It's like private dining room, Perfect!

Located on the 52 floor at State Tower, weather was so nice to have breeze and not too hot, clear sky and lively streets in the city.

From the moment we entered the building, premier service standard and smiles from all staff made us feel great! Waitress uniform is beautifully designed, architecture is kind of masterpeice with detailed layout.

Waitress pleasantly show us the wine menu, Chef's tasting menu, a la carte as well as drinks menu. This is my first time here, it's for sure a good choice to have the tsating menu. It's 4,500 for the set and $6,500 with wine paring.

Appetizer-foie gras with salmon roe and lobster with caviar, so good
Soup-choose either shark fin soup or musroom soup. My friend chose shark fin one, I don't eat shark fin so I had the musroom soup, very nice. There was prwn dumpling in it with spanich
First course-sea bass, high standard
Main course-I had the prime angus beef and my friend changed it to lobaster, both were excellent
Dessert-green team chocolate, nicely presented

As my friend was coming for meeting, cannot take the wine pairing and we had 2 cocktails. No disappointment, they made it seriously.

Always have fine dining in HK, but with high quality of food and service plus the view, it becomes a must-try.

Many people's first comment would be, were there all foreigners? I'm happy to say, NO. There are some Westerners, but larger proportion of customers are Asians. Don't be so shallow that only Westerners can spend, nowadays, you can always see Asians around in most splurge places.

Next to a commercial building Emporium Tower and a famous high-end shopping mall, Emporium. Very convinient to have the sky train next to it and taxi always available.

Because it's not a hotel, it's a serviced apartment that suitable for long-stay, the room layout offers a home-feel with spacious bedroom, big balcony, living room and a big kitchen (bigger than ordinary apartments in HK). It's just another choice out of 5-stars hotels that I stayed before, such as The Sukhothai Hotel, The Dusit Thani, Banyan Tree, etc. Not Thai traditionally decorated, but it can be a "home".

Swimming pool is not bad, went to swim in the morning after breakfast. Breakfast is not really good there, compare to other hotels; but there are cafes around.

Located on the 65th floor, it's kinda very top in Bangkok although it sounds not compare to many high-rise buildings in HK. It's real masterpiece of architect, Rome style with a bar in the middle of a upper splitted floor.

People dressed up here and party, excellent live band performance under the beautiful view...life is so good!

Will try their food next time!

看台灣電視節目介紹這家阜杭豆漿
說台北的人都是早早起來/特地早起來這邊吃早餐, 因為之前阜杭11點就會關門
但現在他們的營業時間已經從0530-1100延長到從0530-1300~!

不過我建議不要到中午才去啦, 怕我覺得超美味的焦糖甜餅會賣完

想去這家豆漿店是因為這裡有我愛的焦糖甜餅跟鹹豆漿
地點很方便, 善導寺站5號出口, 一上去就會見到華山市場

上2樓, 就會看到有很多人在吃早餐喔
我們九點多到, 人很多都在排隊, 不過速度很快, 等了沒多久就到我們了


這裡最有名的除了豆漿, 就還有厚燒餅跟焦糖甜餅
我們點了厚燒餅夾蛋, 蛋餅, 焦糖甜餅跟鹹甜豆漿

鹹豆漿上面有一點阜杭特製辣油, 看起來跟其他店的很不一樣
吃起來呢豆味香濃, 質感很像豆花, 也像蒸蛋
不過呢...有點太鹹 :p 但好吃~!
很喜歡甜豆漿, 因為我很喜歡喝吃來有點焦焦味道的豆漿
豆味也是很香濃, 甜度也剛好, 好順口好好喝

這裡最有名的厚燒餅, 點了一份夾蛋的
看起來好像很硬對吧, 但吃起來是軟軟細細的! 不會乾柴, 麵皮在咀巴裡帶勁有韌性
而且很有炭香, 夾了蛋就多了一份蛋香味, 非常美味好吃的厚燒餅
蛋餅就是很普通的那種, 可以不試 :p

除了厚燒餅, 我也很喜歡這裡的焦糖甜餅
熱熱的吃, 有一股焦糖在甜餅裡面流動著, 不得了的美味~!
外層的餅皮香酥十足, 整個餅甜而不膩, 能吃到這樣的甜餅當早餐真的好幸福喔 ^~^
