食物配對得天衣無縫,特別喜歡烤甜柿跟煙燻味噌和山羊奶的搭配,亮麗出色,味道討人歡喜。
由左至右:酒色從淺白到淡黃,味道亦從淡到濃,果味清新,酸度適中,帶有豐富礦物味,可惜甜度並不彰顯,所以不是我杯中茶。

甜白酒 (Semillon),色澤晶瑩剔透,急不及待嚐嚐這杯,剛上來已經被我喝了一半的 Botrytis Semillon,複雜的果香在口腔內徘徊,酒色金黃圓潤,草本麝香夾雜著輕柔的檸檬香氣,活潑可愛,跟輕肉、魚、巧克力、果仁和奶酪是最佳的搭檔!
