A really nice but pricey resort. When we arrived around 12 pm, we could see a long queue waiting for check-in. Despite the slow check-in process, I appreciate that we were given a lovely welcome drink while the long wait. I booked a Kinabalu Mountain View Room but was upgraded to a Kinabalu Sea View Room. The hotel room was spendid.
