一蘭 is my all time favourite ramen soup in japan. since it is originated in tokyo, there is only one restaurant in osaka. it's located off the main road of doronbori right next to the river, however, food lovers will surely find their way there with the hint of the big sign & long queue.

every sip of the secret pork bone soup is memorable, i love their extrax rich soup (which you can personalise by filling in the questionnaire on your desk)! the chilli sauce is very special too, if you can take it, i recommend you to ask for more!

一風堂 is definitely Umeda's best ramen!!! No matter it's 3pm or 10pm, the queue is never ending packed with fashionable japanese younsters!!!

If you dun mind fatty food, i recommend the red bowl.
If you dislike oily soup, go for the white.

Both are great, you can even buy them home!
