印尼盾 of course wahahahahaha

had the 6 course degustation menu. apparently they change the menu every day. we were greeted with a chain of doughball-shaped bread shortly after we were seated. the bread was really good and went well with the thyme olive oil and chutney. don't remember much about the rest of the night, perhaps I was too overwhelmed by the beautiful ocean view in front of me. though unfortunately i do remember the 3rd (or 4th, i forgot) course, i.e. the fish was overcooked. however, the tuna tartare with passion fruit sorbet was good. lamb chop was done nicely as well but the jus was a bit salty to my taste.

the interior of the restaurant is very pretty just like the rest of the hotel. i would say i have a very pleasant evening despite a little hiccup. i would still recommend it to my friends. i mean, how often do you get to go to a fine dining restaurant wearing flip-flop? :D
